Here they are, our trip into L.A. and onto Santa Monica. Sorry for the delay, but BarleyMan and Paulaner Girl forced us to drink mass quantities. They were our welcoming committe, and we had to follow their lead. A great time was had by all, and we will remember the trip forever.
While the Route 66 portion is finished, we will stay in L.A. until Tuesday, and then off we go again. On the way home we will stop in Phoenix to see some old friends (Gary and Marge). Following that, we will stop at Carlsbad Caverns, and then hopefully home sometime on the 10th.
This will probably be the last picture posting, but we will still keep you up to date on our travels.

Excellent time. We made it home just in time for the Fireworks. Have a safe trip back... say hi to Gary for me.
